The performance of a press brake depends not only on the quality and performance of the machine itself but also on the quality of the tools used. Microkerf employs a comprehensive range of Willa style self-centring tooling, enabling us to produce deep bends, z-bends, safety edges, and both large and small radii. With LVD’s EASY-FORM® system, we achieve the perfect bend on the first attempt, regardless of material or setup changes.

The Series 2000 press is a fully automatic system that utilises a programmable logic controller and a menu-driven touch screen operator interface. The touch screen allows for quick setup, easy operator training, and precise fastener installation adjustments, such as dwell time and installation force.

Reliable, accurate, and safe, the Series 2000 installs fasteners at a rate of 1.2 seconds per installation, setting the standard for fastener installation presses. This system enhances throughput and reduces costs with scrap-free operations.

At Microkerf, we use LVD PPEB press brakes with the Easy-Form® Laser (EFL) adaptive bending system. These machines enable us to bend parts up to 3000 mm in length with a bending capacity of up to 135 tonnes.
